If you would like to use your insurance:

Please verify coverage with your insurance provider before scheduling your session. It is your responsibility to ensure that payments for services are sufficiently covered. You may want to ask your insurance provider about things like required co-pays, whether or not your deductible has been reached, how many sessions you can have, how much is covered for sessions, and whether or not you need pre-approval to attend.

Once insurance has been billed, you will be responsible for paying the remaining amount before your next session.

Totius Therapies accepts many insurance providers though we are not paneled on all insurances. This means that we may be able to bill your insurance, but you should verify with the insurance company first to determine how this will affect your payments. Some common insurances that we bill include:

Paying out of pocket?

Payment is due at time of service. We take cash, local check, credit cards, and Health Savings/Flex Spending accounts.

Sliding Fee Scale

No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.

There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
